Head back to the era of classic platformers with challenges players of all skill levels and all ages can enjoy.
Fantastic, fun, and positive game for the whole family.
Fantastic game. Played it with the kids and they absolutely love it. Bright and colorful levels, fantastically cute and well designed characters, and engaging fun gameplay make this a must have for any XBox owner. The framerate on the XBox One X is smooth and locked at 60FPS. And after all that, the message of the game, one of perseverance, positive action, and just plain fun is something that we need a lot more of in this world. I got 2, one for us and one for gifting this Christmas. I have a feeling, I am going to need a couple more copies. Do yourself and your family a favor and give this game a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Excellent for casual gamers.
Great game. Easy to pickup and start playing. It’s also easy to put down when you need to get back to work. Excellent for casual gamers. While more for younger ones, this game is fun for older gamers as well. Some puzzles are a little too easy but still fun to play. The game has a reminiscent feel like a mashup between Crash Bandicoot and Super Mario 64. The graphics look beautiful but are not really impressive. The character and level creativity is amazing. A good enough variety to keep you entertained for hours on end.
My kids love this game. I have never played it, but they enjoy it. The only down side (which is big if you have more than one child wanting to play) is that it is just a one player game.
Super Lucky is so cool. Amazing graphics.
The graphics are amazing! What a fun game, my kids can’t stop playing and smiling.
Super Lucky’s Tale is an excellent game!
Let me make this easy: Super Lucky’s Tale is a wonderful game. I can appeal to gamers young and old. I have spent many hours playing through it in it’s entirety, collecting all of the collectibles and really seeing what it has to offer and I can honestly say that it’s quite good. To be frank, I’m not sure where the negative press is coming from. The game is bright, colorful, and incredibly adorable with great art direction and tight, precise controls. Super Lucky’s Tale reminds me of the RareWare platformers of old in all the best ways with likeable characters and truly fun gameplay. The platforming is simple, and veteran gamers won’t find much of a challenge here, but the game still held my attention thanks to the solid fundamentals. The only nitpick that I have is with the replay value (or the lack thereof). Once you 100% the game, like I did, there is very little reason to return. Buy Super Lucky’s Tale. Support great new IPs such as this one. It’s well worth it’s sub-$30 price tag!
A lot of fun for a great price
I was in need of a good adventure game for XBOX One. I took a chance on this one because it looked pretty good from pictures and video. I was not disappointed. Great fun game that is well made and has a ton of variety to it. You have individual worlds that you navigate around to each individual level within. Some levels are 3D and open while others are 2D sidescrolling. I really enjoyed most the levels but especially the 2D ones. Id buy a full game of just those. They also sprinkle in some extra puzzle levels. As a budget title that’s at a great cost this was well worth it. Actually one of my favorite games on the XB1. Only issue I came across is its not giving me my final achievement to 100% the game. So I sit at 995/1000. It also had an issue where the sound cut out and will not come back. There might have been an update so check that out first.
What a great fun game. Take a break from all the shoot em up games and give this one a chance. The main character is cute and the graphics are great with the One X.
Bought this game for nephew because he got good grades. He loves everything about this game from character all the way to gameplay.
Fun for the whole family, and expert gamers alike
Fun nostalgic game, all ages can play this one. I recommend it highly for a fun adventure with minimal to no stress.
I liked it!
Pretty good game! If you love 3D-platformers this is a good investment.
